Jonathan Whitelaw Discusses the Fine Art of Murder
It's always a pleasure to chat with Jonathan Whitelaw. We discuss his creative process and the joys and pitfalls of writing cozy mysteries with senior characters.
Jonathan Whitelaw is an award-winning writer, journalist, and broadcaster. After working on the frontline of Scottish politics, he moved into journalism, covering everything from sports to music to radioactive waste – and everything in between. He's also a regular reviewer, podcaster, panellist, and commentator. He moved to Canada from the UK in May 2022 and has recently accepted a role in Crime Writers of Canada as our new Marketing Director.
Since this is our first podcast, Jonathan occasionally turns the mic around and asks me a few questions so that you can get to know your host, Erik D'Souza.
